In event of power failure, battery back-up system allows lift to return to ground floor with all safety systems in operation
Powered door available on wheelchair models
Half-hour fire integrity maintained in ceiling/floor, whether the lift is parked upstairs or downstairs
Tested and certificated by an independent Fire Research Centre
Fire sealing and protection, including smoke detection to BS5900:2012
Manufactured and tested to BS5900:2012
Fully compliant with the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) Guide D recommendations
